21cm Graphic Line Cupped Sinamay Fascinator Hat Base
This classic saucer shape has a graphic line blocked into the top saucer shape, and is able to sit away from the head with the help of a small blocked cupped base attached to the underside. Edged with petersham ribbon, simply add a headband to finish off this piece for trimming! This base might need a tiny bit of steaming to get it back to a sharp saucer shape.
