UK Customers: In most cases customers receive their parcel in 1-2 days, but please allow up to a week to receive your parcel with standard 1st class post. 

Need your order before then? We highly urge you to upgrade to our Royal Mail Special Delivery Service which is guaranteed next working day.   

Can I return an unwanted item?

Yes, so long as it is unused condition within 14 working days of received delivery. 

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Please be sure to package up any items you wish to return in the appropriate packaging. If your order was received in a cardboard box, please be sure to return the items in the same or similar packaging. 

Petershams cannot be held responsible for anything getting lost or damaged in the post, so be sure to package your returns safely and get proof of postage before sending.
