This oval scallop shape sinamay fascinator base is made from a triple layer of stiffened sinamay millinery fabric and is ideal for making an instant hat! Get creative by positioning it at different angles on the head. Just add elastic, headband or comb for securing to the head (not included but available in our shop!)
