XL Deep Upturn Sinamay Hat Base
This large hat base features a super deep upturn on the upper crown with a sloping downward bottom. It'd a mighty bit base for a mighty big hat-making project!
Made from a triple layer of sinamay, it's trimmed at the outer edge with petersham ribbon.
