FAQ'S
Do you do samples?
As we have low minimum order quantities we do not do samples. We do have sinamay shade cards available here
Can I come to visit you?
Our warehouse is not open to the public.
Can I edit or add to my existing order?
Although we do try to accommodate add-ins where we can, this is not always possible. Adding into your order will also delay dispatch so it's best thoroughly finalise your order before checking out.

Orders are posted out weekdays from Canterbury, England and typically take:
Within the UK: 1-2 working days (by 1st Class Post)
Outside the UK: 5-15 working days (by Standard Untracked Airmail)
Up to date information and guidance on delivery can be seen on our Delivery & Returns page.
What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
On the odd occasion an item that is ordered is out of stock, we will email you directly with an alternative item or offer a refund for the product.
Can I return any unused items for a refund?
Yes! Items can be returned within 14 days from date of delivery. For more information on returns visit our Delivery & Returns page.

Occasionally we take part in one-off events - see what's on here.
