Sinamay Cartwheel Fascinator Hat Base
This cartwheel hat base is a classic shape that has sprung into popularity in the past few year. Made from 2 layers of stiffened sinamay, these cartwheels are ready to trim and are fitted with a petersham ribbon on the inside crown edge. Simply add a comb or headband to secure to the head.

Width: 35.5cm (14 inches)
Crown Width: 13.5cm (5.3 inches)
Crown Height: Approximately 3.5cm (1.7 inches)
