This scalloped sinamay shape could be used as both a fascinator base or simply a trim for a larger piece.
Made from a triple layer of sinamay, the outer edge has a sinamay bias edge. Please note there is a visible line of glue from where this piece has been partially worked near the divot on both sides. We accounted for this with a bargain price!
