Small Brim Polybraid Boater Fascinator Hat Base
Boaters are all the rage, and this polybraid fascinator version has us all in a twirl!
Made from spiralled polybraid, these boaters are ready to trim and have a petersham ribbon on it's inside edge. Simply add a comb or headband to secure to the head.

Crown Width: Please note that the crown is on the larger side, measures 16.5cm (6.5 inches) wide.
