Hand blocked in the UK, this button fascinator base is fitted with an elasticated head ribbon on the inside and a thin elastic cord band for securing to the head. Ready to trim up into a gorgeous hat, each base is ever so slightly varied in size but typically range from 17-18cm in width.
The 'Natural' colourway in this shape may exhibit variance in straw tone with an appearance of having 'marks'. We have accounted for this and priced accordingly.
