Fine 1.2mm Hat Elastic for Fascinators & Millinery
This discreet 1.2mm width round hat elastic is perfect for attaching to fascinators and hats. This is our preferred method for attaching fascinators to the head as elastic is sturdy and can be hidden by hair when wearing a hat. For extra stability, use a few hair grips to keep the elastic in position.
Sold by the metre (1.09 yards) and by the whole roll of 263 metres (288 yards). Multiple metres purchased will arrive as one continuous length.
