26cm Petersham Edged Scoop Hat Base
This round scoop fascinator hat base is made from a triple layer of sinamay millinery fabric and is ideal for making an instant fascinator! The scooped centre of the disc allows you to get creative by positioning it at different angles on the head.
Just add elastic, headband or comb for securing to the head (not included but available in our shop!)

Fuchsia Swirl: Has black embroidery with tiny black sequin embellishment
