Ready Cut Mini Fascinator Hat Brim
This ready cut fascinator brim is ideal for attaching to a small crown, or alternatively can be used as a fascinator base by finishing the inside edge.
Made from a triple layer of sinamay, it's trimmed on the outer edge with petersham ribbon.
Part of a limited run of hat bases and shapes, when they are gone they are gone!
