Pearl Adorned Mesh Collar Motif
Whilst not strictly for hat making, we find that decorative collars make the absolute best decoration when turned upside down and put onto halo crowns! This version is made up of plastic pearls - very Breakfast at Tiffany's!
Motif is sewn onto sheer mesh which can either be trimmed away or turned back.
Width of motif is approximately 4cm wide (excluding mesh) and approximately 25cm across when laid flat.
