Get Royal Ascot ready with this large black domed large brim sinamay fascinator base! Made from a double layer of stiffened sinamay millinery fabric and is ideal for making an instant hat. This shape has huge brim which creates a very bold look. Get creative by positioning it at different angles on the head! Just add a headband for securing to the head (not included but available in our shop!)
