Fully Wired Sinamay Fascinator Hat Base with Comb - Teardrop
Looking for a quick fix? This fascinator base is perfect for making a hat in a jiffy! Made from a double layer of sinamay straw, it has been fully wired around the outer edge which means it can be shaped in whatever manner you wish.
This base also features a sturdy black metal comb already sewn on, so all you have to do is decorate and you're done!
