14cm Dahlia Feather Flower Hat Mount
This feather hat mount is made up of small trimmed feathers that form the 'petals' of this piece and look much like a dahlia flower! With a giant cluster of pearlized stamens at the middle, the flower has a small sinamay tab at the back for gluing/sewing to your project.
