Sun Ray Oval Ridge Sinamay Fascinator Hat Base
This oval shaped fascinator base has deep sun ray ridges that radiate to the outer edge. With a shallow sloped bottom to sit on the head, simply add a headband to create a stunning headpiece.
Made from a triple layer of sinamay, it's trimmed on the outer edge with petersham ribbon.
