'Reece' 13cm Silk & Velvet Millinery Flower Hat Mount
'Reece' has it all! Made from layers and layers of carefully formed silk, each petal has been shaped and bound together on a wired stem and has a large cluster of matt finish stamens at it's centre. In addition to the lovely silk petals this flower has a few velvet accent petals and is backed by hand rolled silk loops.
